What's the minimum order?
- Typically 12+ items for embroidery. Ask about mixed styles in the same order.

Do you charge a setup/digitizing fee?
- Yes, a one-time logo digitizing fee (waived on qualifying orders). Reorders don't pay it again.

Can you match my brand colors?
- We'll get as close as possible with thread libraries. Pantone guidance helps. Check out our Resources page to view our standard library of thread colors.

How long does it take?
- Most orders are ready in 7 business days or less after proof approval. Bigger embroidery orders (100 plus pieces) may take a bit longer, but just let us know your deadline and we'll determine the best turnaround time!

Can I do different names/titles on shirts?
- Yes, name personalization is available for an additional cost.
