Step 1) Select Apparel

Here, you choose an apparel type, style, and color.

Different Color swatches will appear as you browse and click through the Types and Styles.

After you click a Color swatch, a full-size model of your choice will appear, along with a "Style Details" link to view all the specifications and sizing.

Step 2) Select Print Type

Screen Printing = Traditional apparel printing that uses individual screens for each color in your design or logo. **The Instant Price Calculator includes a 1, 2, OR 3 color print.

Full-Color DTF = Direct-To-Film transfer prints allow for infinite colors and photographic type prints through a digital CMYK print applied to an adhesive base for apparel.
A Small Full-Color DTF includes a print no larger than 20 square inches*.
A Large Full-Color DTF includes a print no larger than 150 square inches*.
Embroidery = Uses stitched thread to apply your design or logo to apparel.
Small Embroidery includes a design or logo up to 20 square inches*.
Large Embroidery includes a design or logo up to 150 square inches*.
Embroidery with Puff = Uses stitched thread and a foam underlayment to give your design or logo a 3D raised look. Great for hats and sweatshirts!
Small Embroidery with Puff includes a design or logo up to 20 square inches*.
Large Embroidery with Puff includes a design or logo up to 150 square inches*.
Embroidered & Leather Patches = Great for giving hats an upscale look! Patches are applied to apparel with a heat-sensitive adhesive that allows for consistent application and great durability.

*To determine your design or logo size in Square Inches, just multiply the width of your design by the height. For example, a left chest logo might be 3" wide and 2" tall, which would equal 6 Square Inches. Or a back design might be 10" wide and 12" tall, which would equal 120 Square Inches.

You'll also let us know your deadline, specific size breakdown (for example, Smalls - 10 Mediums - 20, etc) and any Design & Order Notes you need to communicate. The more the better as it will help us make your order exactly like you want!
