Team members who work directly with our customers to provide quotes, create invoices, and schedule orders for production. Customer service & satisfaction is the goal in this position and a thorough understanding of shirt brand & style options along with printing capabilities is required.
Design
Design
Making logos & designs look great on t-shirts, hats, and professional apparel! A lot of the job is taking existing, customer-supplied artwork and converting it to work well for printing and embroidery. Proofs and mock-ups are the order of the day. Creativity is a must, plus graphic design and illustration skills are handy, too!
Production
Production
Ah, the magic of screen printing and embroidery! Its cool to see a design appear on a shirt after ink goes through the screen and thread is stitched on a hat. But production is more than just printing and stitching: screens need processing, shirts need sorting, orders need boxing and shipping, etc. Attention to detail and physical endurance are must!
